Kovaris Health Strategy is a market intelligence, pricing and access strategy firm for the pharmaceutical industry in Latin America, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The data controller is Guadalupe Viveros, founder and director. Contact: hello@kovarishealth.com.
The site does not use tracking cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track people across sites. The details you enter in the contact form (name, company, email and inquiry) are used only to answer your inquiry. The email you leave to receive a white paper or the newsletter is used to send you that material and the monthly newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in each issue.
Information a client shares for a project is used only for that project, kept confidential and not added to any shared database. Confidentiality, ownership of deliverables and retention periods are set in each project contract.
Kovaris interviews physicians, payers, regulators and other health system specialists through the Kovaris Health Intelligence Network (KHIN). Participation is voluntary and based on documented informed consent. Personal data is stored securely, used only to manage participation and produce aggregated, anonymized results, and not shared with clients or third parties. Participants can withdraw at any time. Any safety information about a medicine is handled under the applicable pharmacovigilance procedures.
Kovaris complies with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and the rules of each market where it conducts research. You can access, correct, update or request deletion of your data by writing to hello@kovarishealth.com. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority under Law 25,326 and handles complaints about breaches of personal data protection rules.
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and, for project data, for the period set in the contract. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
