KHIN Panel

What the people who decide coverage, prescribing or registration of your product think, and what they are likely to do.

The Kovaris Health Intelligence Network is our own network of relationships with medical auditors and managers at social security funds and private insurers, treating physicians and opinion leaders, hospital pharmacy, and purchasing and regulatory specialists, across the five markets. A panel is 8 to 10 in-depth interviews in one country, with a guide designed with you, and a synthesis of what they said, where they agree, where they do not, and which argument moves the decision.

Profiles
Defined by category and never by name or institution. For example, one national social security fund, one provincial and one union fund; one private insurer among the five largest; three treating physicians and one opinion leader. Profiles are covered according to the network's availability at the time. You receive profiles and anonymized quotes; protecting the identity of the people we interview is part of the service.
Timing
About 20 business days. Guide and recruitment in week one, interviews in weeks two and three, synthesis and a 90-minute session in week four. Timing depends on the interviewees' schedules and is adjusted in writing if needed.
What you receive
A 10 to 15 page synthesis, a position matrix by type of stakeholder, the guide and profiles by category in an appendix, and a compliance note. Informed consent, anonymization and adverse event reporting follow our procedures.
Price
From USD 9,000 for 8 interviews. All-inclusive price, with no breakdown.

Answers that are not published

A social security fund auditor or a hospital pharmacy head does not publish what they think of a product or what they plan to do with it. The panel is how we ask them properly, with a guide built around your decision and documented compliance.

The natural next step

A Full Project on access strategy using the panel's findings, or a repeat panel every six months to track how positions change.
