About Kovaris
Kovaris Health Strategy is a market intelligence, pricing and access consultancy for the pharmaceutical industry, founded in 2026 by Guadalupe Viveros. We work with pharma companies, biotechs and distributors that have a decision to make in Argentina, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay or Chile, with a focus on high-cost and rare diseases.
Degree in Business Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. More than twelve years in strategy consulting and market access for pharma, as a consultant at IQVIA for pharmaceutical clients in the Southern Cone (2014 to 2016), Principal Consultant at a pharma-focused consultancy, with more than 50 projects for pharma and biotech in Latin America, Europe and the United States (2016 to 2024), and independent strategy consultant for pharma teams in the region (2024 to 2026).
The Kovaris Health Intelligence Network is the firm's own network of relationships with physicians, opinion leaders, payers, regulatory experts, institutions and patient organizations in the five markets. It was built project by project over more than a decade, and it is what lets us get answers that are not published. We manage it with informed consent, anonymization and adverse event reporting, and we never identify its members.
High-cost and rare diseases: hereditary angioedema, specialty hematology and immunology, immunoglobulins, metabolic disorders, specialty neurology and respiratory, hemato-oncology, and cell and gene therapies. Markets: Argentina and Mexico as main markets; Paraguay, Uruguay and Chile as key markets.
