Method

Local evidence, verified, on the date we publish.

Every Kovaris project goes through the same five steps, whether it is a ten-day sprint or an eight-week project.

01

Secondary and licensed sources

Import and customs records, public tenders, regulatory files, reimbursement data and licensed databases form the baseline of every analysis.

02

Our own stakeholder network

The Kovaris Health Intelligence Network brings together physicians, opinion leaders, payers, regulators and institutions in the five markets, and lets us get answers that are not published.

03

Triangulation

We reconcile sources, document assumptions and limitations, and say where the evidence is weak.

04

Quality control

Documented review of sources, analytical consistency and the logic of the recommendation before anything is delivered.

05

Recommendation

A short document with scenarios and a recommendation for the team's specific decision, plus a working session to discuss it.

On artificial intelligence

We use AI-assisted analysis tools to process sources, rebuild data series and prepare drafts. That is how we deliver in days. Every data point is checked against its source before it goes into a deliverable, we conduct the interviews ourselves, and we write and stand behind the recommendation. The methodology note in each deliverable says where each piece came from.

Throughout the process

Confidentiality and compliance. Research codes of conduct, personal data protection and adverse event reporting are built into the way we work.

Clear rules from the start. Scope, deliverables and terms are agreed before work begins.

How we contract

Contracting and supplier onboarding

This information is intended to facilitate review by the Client's procurement, legal and compliance teams.

Contracting
Each engagement is formalized through a statement of work setting out deliverables, fees and timelines. Where the Client has a master services agreement in place, Kovaris will work under its terms. Kovaris general terms and conditions are attached to every proposal.
Supplier onboarding
Kovaris provides its supplier package (company details, personal data protection policy, adverse event reporting procedure and confidentiality agreement) on the same day the Client requests it.
Confidentiality
Kovaris makes its standard confidentiality agreement available before the first meeting and, at the Client's request, will sign the Client's own template. The identity of KHIN network participants and of the institutions they belong to is not disclosed under any circumstances. The Client receives profiles grouped by category.
Intellectual property
Deliverables prepared for the Client are the Client's property. Consolidated public databases, data series and Kovaris methodological tools remain the property of Kovaris and may be used in other engagements, without any Client information.
Compliance
Kovaris maintains a personal data protection policy, a procedure for reporting adverse events to the Client within 24 hours of becoming aware of them, and a code of conduct for market research.

Book a call

Start with the decision your team has to make.

A 30-minute call is enough to define the question, the package and the delivery date.
